Salem, AR : Franklin man killed in motorcycle accident on State Highway 395 on Saturday, April 16, 2016

An April 16 a motorcycle accident claimed the life of 29 year old Christopher Simmons of Franklin.

According to the Arkansas State Police Fatality report, Simmons was travelling north on State Highway 395, 9.2 miles north of Salem, when his motorcycle left the road and struck a tree.

Weather conditions were reportedly dry at the time of the accident.

Trooper First Class Angela D. Savino was the investigating officer in the accident.
