Eastham, MA : 42-year-old man has been killed while walking on Route 6 on Cape Cod on Saturday, Aug 8, 2015

Eastham police say the man was fatally injured when he was struck by a car at the intersection of Route 6 and Brackett Road about 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

The man died as he was being taken to a hospital.

Police said the driver stayed at the scene. No charges have been filed.
