BALLSTON SPA, NY : Man sentenced in fatal Ballston Spa hit-and-run on Wednesday, 8th May 2024

A Schenectady man was sentenced in the fatal hit-and-run in Ballston Spa that happened. Gary Lucas, 38, was sentenced to one and one-third to four years in a state correctional facility for leaving the scene of an incident without reporting a death and traffic law violations.
