The investigation continues into a traffic collision that claimed the lives of two juveniles after a fatal weekend in Orangeburg.
It was one of three crashes that killed five people in Orangeburg County on Saturday.
Brittany Glover with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said driving those vehicles on the highway is illegal.
