NASHVILLE, TN : Pedestrian injured in hit-and-run crash in Donelson on Monday, 17th October 2016

Metro police say a pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries in a hit-and-run crash in Donelson on Monday night.

The crash was reported just before 7 p.m. near the intersection of Lebanon Pike and McGavock Pike.

The victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where doctors determined the injuries were life-threatening.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a black car missing a side mirror and one headline.

Police said this crash remains under investigation.
