Melville, NY : Driver killed, 3 passengers hurt in Westbury crash, police say on Saturday October 1 2016

A single-car crash early Saturday in Westbury left the driver dead and three passengers injured, Nassau County police said.
Michael M. Deveny, 33, of Massapequa, was driving a 1998 Nissan Altima east on School Street at 4:45 a.m. when he lost control of the car and struck a utility pole, detectives said in a news release
