ST. LOUIS, MO : Authorities investigating fatal accident on I-270 in Maryland Heights on Thursday, 29th February 2024

Authorities are investigating a fatal three-vehicle crash at I-270 and I-70 in Maryland Heights.

Three lanes were shut down while the Crash Reconstruction team was on the scene. Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed that at least one person died in the crash.
