Rogersville, TN : Hawkins man charged with vehicular homicide in crash on may, tuesday 9th 2017

A Hawkins County man accused of being under the influence when he caused a head-on collision that took the life of Beth Henegar last year in Rogersville was served Tuesday with a sealed indictment warrant charging him with vehicular homicide.Jeffery Dylan Jones, 21, 875 Hickory Cove Road, was booked into the Hawkins County Jail Tuesday afternoon and was being held on an $80,000 bond.

He was indicted on the charge last month by a Hawkins County grand jury.

The crash occurred on the night of May 31, 2016 on Highway 11-W on the far west end of Rogersville.
