CUMBERLAND, MD : Cumberland man cited at crash scene for drunken driving in the 300 block of Virginia Avenue on Monday, 20th January, 2020

An accident Monday in the 300 block of Virginia Avenue led to the arrest of a city man on a drunken driving charge, Cumberland Police said.

No injuries were reported when officers arrived to investigate the mishap and found a vehicle overturned.

Police said the driver exhibited signs of impairment before he was given field sobriety tests that indicated he was driving under the influence.

Officers arrested the driver, Trenton Michael Miller, 24, on charges of driving under the influence and related traffic offenses.

Miller was issued citations and released, pending trial in district court.
