Saint James,MO : St. James man injured in I-44 accident on January, Wednesday 3rd 2018

A 22 year-old St. James man was injured on New Years Day, at 9:30 a.m. when his westbound 2005 Nissan Maxima travelled off the left side of I-44 at the 176 mile marker. Robert B. Robinson’s vehicle struck the median cables, overturned and struck the median cables again, coming to a rest on its tires. He was transported by Phelps County Ambulance to Phelps County Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. The incident was investigated by Trp. B.N. Crawford. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Robinson was not wearing a safety device.
