Injured toddler found abandoned in truck after crash

Police in San Diego are searching for a man who ran from the scene after crashing his car, leaving an injured 2-year-old child in the back seat. Fox 5 reports authorities responded to the scene after witnesses said they saw a truck attached to a jet ski dangling off an interstate.
