Portland, OR : One man died in a crash in Vancouver on May, Sunday, 14th 2017

One man died early Sunday after his Toyota Tacoma veered off the road and down an embankment in Vancouver, the Washington State Patrol said.

The man was driving east on State Route 14 when his pickup hit a guardrail and continued down an embankment near Interstate 205. The State Patrol is investigating what caused the crash, which occurred around 2:45 a.m.

Troopers identified the driver as Eric D. Kent, 45, of Vancouver.

No one else was injured.
