A man was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of a crash Monday morning in Phoenix that left a 12-year-old girl in critical condition.
Clint Rasho, 40, was driving a 2008 Infiniti SUV shortly before 8 a.m. southbound on 43rd Avenue, just south of Peoria Avenue, and collided with an 2015 Chevrolet Impala in the two-way left turn lanes, according to a Phoenix police news release.
