Two people were injured when Bexar County deputies collided with a minivan while pursuing another vehicle Thursday afternoon on the West Side.
Bexar County Sheriff's Department spokesman deputy Marin Mata said deputies with the street crimes task force had pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation between Hamilton Avenue and Elmendorf Street.
"They approached the vehicle, the vehicle fled," Mata said.
