Redlands,CA : Car occupants seen ditching beer cans following Redlands crash on April, thursday 28th 2017

Two young men — possibly juveniles — threw beer cans over a wall after crashing on the 10 Freeway in Redlands on Friday evening, and then made themselves scarce, the California Highway Patrol said.

A witness said the black Honda Civic was swerving before it crashed on the right shoulder near University Avenue just after 7 p.m., the CHP log said. The occupants were then seen throwing the cans over a brick wall.

Redlands police were asked to check the University off ramp for two boys and a woman of unknown age with a cut on her leg who was accompanied by a dog, possibly a husky, the log said.

The Honda was towed away.
