A 75-year-old woman was injured in a single-car crash this afternoon when her car rolled over on Interstate 195, trapping her inside, police said.
Lillian Cohen of Palm Harbor, Fla., was headed west near the South Broad Street exit when she lost control of the vehicle, a 2004 Subaru Outback, and rolled over, ending up in the far left lane, facing southwest, said State Police Sgt. Gregory Williams.
Troopers were dispatched at 3:47 p.m., but Robert Wood Johnson paramedics and White Horse Volunteer Fire Co. were already on scene working to extricate Cohen from the car, Williams said.
She was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, where she underwent surgery for unknown injuries, he said.
