Las Vegas, NV : 42-year-old Vegas woman struck, killed by pickup while crossing Boulder Highway on Friday December 11 2015

Las Vegas Police are investigating the death of a 42-year-old woman who was struck by a pickup while walking across the Boulder Highway.
The name of the Las Vegas woman has not been released.
Police say she was about 150 yards away from a marked crosswalk when she crossed the highway north of Indios Avenue shortly after 7:30 p.m. Friday. She pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators don't suspect any wrongdoing on the part of the driver of the pickup, 45-year-old Jason Papa of Boulder City. Papa remained on the scene and is cooperating with detectives.
