Arbor Vitae, WI : Two people died in a crash on Highway M in Vilas County of northern Wisconsin on Friday, February 19, 2016

Two people have died in a crash near Arbor Vitae in Vilas County of northern Wisconsin.

Deputies say the head-on crash happened on Highway M at Vandercook Road at around 2:30 p.m. Friday.

The investigation is still going on and few details have been released. The road was closed so accident reconstruction teams could complete their work.

Names are being withheld until relatives have been notified.
