Glendale , AZ : 40-year-old Jeovanny Killed in Crash after Rollover accident along and Glendale avenue on Wednesday night ,April 15th 2015

Authorities have released the name of a man killed in a rollover crash in Glendale involving an off-road vehicle.

Glendale police say the victim is 40-year-old Jeovanny Mendieta of Avondale.

They say two men were riding in the vehicle near 99th and Glendale avenues around 7:40 p.m. Wednesday.

The survivor told police that the off-road vehicle crashed as it was making a turn.

Police say Mendieta was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives are investigating the cause of the crash.
