Winter Haven , Fl : 29 Years old man was arrested after he crashed his car and hit tree and veered off the road on Sunday, November 30th 2014

A Winter Haven man was arrested and charged with drunken driving after a crash that sent his car flying across a driveway. Winter Haven police said Charles Mitchell, 29, was driving on Lake Howard Drive Sunday night when his 2003 Nissan Murano veered off the road, hit a tree and became airborne. Police said the car flipped over as it traveled into a driveway, striking a parked pickup truck. The car eventually came to a rest upright. Police said Mitchell was treated by emergency personnel and transported to the Polk County Jail.
