PEMBERVILLE, OH : Minor injuries reported in Wood County rollover bus crash on Friday, 26th April 2024

Authorities in Wood County are investigating a rollover crash involving a paratransit bus Friday morning.

According to the county sheriff’s office, there were five people on the bus at the time of the crash, including the driver. A news release from the sheriff said only minor injuries were reported.

Investigators say the bus was heading north on Caskie Road, approaching Kemnear Road, around 9:15a.m. when it went off the side of the street and overturned. It landed right side up, straddling the adjacent ditch.

Numerous law enforcement agencies responded. Investigators are still working to figure out what caused the bus to go off the side of the road.
