A Manchester man was killed and two others injured in an early morning off road vehicle accident Friday.

According to Adams County Sheriff Kimmy Rogers, at 2:57 a.m., emergency crews were called to a Utility Task Vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Island Creek Road, in Monroe Township.
