A New York couple was killed in a chain-reaction crash on Interstate 80 in central Pennsylvania. Police say Joann and Frank Brodzik's Volvo was caught Saturday between a fast-moving tractor trailer and a slow or stopped truck near the Centre-Clinton county line. They say the driver of the fast-moving Peterbilt tractor-trailer failed to notice traffic was stopping and couldn't avoid hitting the Brodziks' car. The impact sent the Delmar, New York couple's Volvo into the back of a Freightliner tractor-trailer. The 59-year-old Joann Brodzik and 64-year-old Frank Brodzik were pronounced dead at the scene.
