Nashville, TN : Man killed in collision involving delivery truck in Donelson on Sunday, December 20, 2015

Police have identified the man who was killed in a crash near the airport on Sunday.

Marcus Cook, 30, was heading east on Murfreesboro Pike when his SUV collided with a delivery truck.

Police said the truck, owned by Ryder Truck Rental, had just delivered packages to the post office and was stopped on Ezell Pike.

The collision tipped the truck over. Cook died at the scene.

The driver of the delivery truck, 53-year-old James Corley, was not injured.

Officers are still looking into the cause of the crash. They are still trying to figure out if the truck driver failed to yield and if Cook had his headlights on.
