Las Vegas, NV : Person ejected from vehicle in crash in west valley on Wednesday, December 2, 2015

A person was ejected from a vehicle in a crash this afternoon in the west valley, according to Metro Police.

The crash was reported about 12:45 p.m. in the area of Rusty Dock and Harbor Island drives, near West Lake Mead and North Rampart boulevards, Officer Laura Meltzer said.

It appears two vehicles were involved in the crash, she said.

The condition of the person ejected was not available. One person was taken to University Medical Center, Meltzer said.

Drivers should expect delays in the area, she said.
