The man responsible for the alleged DUI crash that killed two teenagers and injured three other people was indicted Thursday.
"When he goes to trial, he is convicted of all counts and will spend the rest of his life in prison," said Cody Holden, father of one of the teenage girls who survived the crash.
A Marshall County Grand Jury indicted Melandus Penson on two counts of DUI death and three counts of DUI aggravated assault.
This is Penson's seventh DUI incident involving charges since 2008.
