Xenia Township, OH : Two people injured after a car crash on U.S. 42 and Hedges Road early Monday morning, December 7, 2015

Troopers say two people were sent to area hospitals after a car ran a stop sign.

It happened early Monday morning at U.S. 42 and Hedges Road around 5:30 a.m.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol tells 2 NEWS a car ran a stop sign on Hedges Road and crashed into a pickup truck on U.S. 42.

One person was taken to Greene Memorial Hospital and another was taken to Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek. Both people were reported to have minor injuries.
