Portage County , OH : 21-year-old injured in Route 422 crash on Monday ,June 29th 2015`

A 21-year-old is in the ICU after overturning his truck on U.S. Route 422 Monday around 5:20 p.m.

Officials say Maxwell Cozadd, of Warren, was traveling eastbound when he drove off the road, struck a tree and overturned.

Cozadd was trapped in a 2000 GMC truck and had to be removed.

He was flown to Cleveland Metro Hospital.

It is unknown whether he was wearing a seatbelt.
