Moline, IL : Lynn Center man crashes motorcycle, cited for DUI on Saturday, 29th October 2016

A Lynn Center man was cited Saturday for driving under the influence after crashing his motorcycle in rural Sherrard.

Garet Egel was traveling on 270th Avenue when he lost control of his bike on a curve, according to Mercer County Sheriff's Office.

Mr. Egel was transported to Unity Point Hospital in Rock Island. As of Monday afternoon Mr. Egel was no longer in the hospital, a spokesman said.

He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
