LAS VEGAS, NV : 2 killed in high-speed motorcycle crash on Tropicana on Sunday, 11th February 2024

Two men are dead after a motorcycle crash on E. Tropicana Avenue near S. Eastern Avenue on Sunday night.

According to Las Vegas Metropolitan police, witnesses said the Kawasaki Ninja was traveling at a high rate of speed around 10:30 p.m. when it lost control and struck the south curb of Tropicana. Both men on the motorcycle were thrown from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene.

The Clark County coroner’s office will release the identities of the two men.

Their deaths mark the 24th and 25th traffic-related fatalities in Metro’s jurisdiction for 2024. The crash remains under investigation.
