MADISON COUNTY, MS : 18-wheeler, 5 vehicles involved in wreck on I-55 N near Gluckstadt Rd. exit on Tuesday, 26th February 2019

All lanes were blocked on I-55 northbound just past the Gluckstadt Road exit Tuesday morning. Three people were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.
According to Canton Sgt. Terence Ware, the wreck involved an 18-wheeler and five other vehicles.The vehicles involved are badly damaged. The cause of the wreck is still being investigated.
Please avoid this area if possible.
