Rogue River ,OR : 39-year-old Teralyn Morgan of Wimer killed and another injured after school bus and commercial truck collide on Tuesday ,May 19th 2015

The driver of a school bus carrying no children has been killed in a head-on collision with a tractor-trailer truck from a nearby plywood mill in the southern Oregon town of Rogue River.

The Grants Pass Daily Courier (http://bit.ly/1eea1oF ) reports that police identified the school bus driver killed in the Tuesday morning crash as 39-year-old Teralyn Morgan of Wimer.

An adult passenger in the bus and the driver of the truck were taken to a hospital in Medford with serious injuries.

The bus passenger was reported in critical condition while the truck driver was listed in serious condition.

Investigators said they had not yet determined the cause of the crash.
