Motorcycle and a car collided on Hwy 14 just east of I-205

A motorcycle and a car collided around 9 p.m. Saturday on Hwy 14 just east of I-205. The Washington State Patrol suspect the motorcycle rider, Jeffrey Hargrave, 36, of Vancouver, was speeding eastbound on Hwy 14 and rear-ended a Chrysler PT Cruiser with two passengers, a man, 66, and woman, 71, neither of whom are reported injured.

The motorcyclist was transported to Peacehealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver. Both the motorcycle and car were towed.

No update on the injured cyclist was available Sunday morning.
