PALMYRA, MO : Palmyra man injured in Montgomery County crash on Wednesday, December 7th, 2016

A Palmyra man was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in Montgomery County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Kevin C. James, 42, was driving a 2016 Dodge Stratus north on Mo. 19 near Angus Road when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 2001 Western Star semi-truck driven by Don H. Schowe, 62, of New Haven.

The patrol said James was taken by ambulance to SSM Health/St. Mary Hospital in Mexico for treatment of moderate injuries.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
