LAS VEGAS, NV : Driver sought after pedestrian killed in central valley hit-and-run crash on Sunday, 2nd July 2023

Authorities are searching for a driver after a pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in the central valley Sunday night, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.

The collision was reported around 9:12 p.m. on E. Twain Avenue east of University Center Drive, just north of the UNLV campus, LVMPD said in a statement.

Investigators believe that a Nissan Rogue SUV was heading west on Twain when it struck a 43-year-old man who was in the westbound lanes.
