Detroit ,MI : Vehicle crashes into Detroit liquor store and catches fire on Tuesday ,September 1st 2015

Police and firefighters responded to a fiery crash overnight at Fenelon Street and Nevada Avenue on Detroit's east side.

A vehicle smashed into Piper Liquor Store and burst into flames. The driver fled from the area on foot.

The crash may have been an attempt to break into the liquor store, which has reported four break-ins this year, police said.
No arrests have been made.
