Darlington woman killed in single-vehicle crash in Darlington County

A Darlington woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Darlington County Saturday night.According to Darlington County Coroner J. Todd Hardee, Lakesha Nycole Taylor, 31, of Darlington, was driving when her car left the roadway and collided with several trees. She was pronounced dead on the scene by Coroner Hardee.The incident occurred around 8:30 the night of November 2, 2013 on Home Avenue in the Centerville Community of Darlington County. Taylor was alone in the vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt.The incident remains under investigation by the Darlington County Coroner's Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
