Aiken County, SC : Man killed in a crash in Graniteville on Sunday morning, December 18, 2016

The Graniteville man killed in a crash this morning on Ascauga Lake Road has been identified. Aiken County Coroner Tim Carlton says 30-year-old Luis Villalovos lost control of the car near Rennie Street just before 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016.
According to the coroner, the car went off the road and hit several objects in a yard before ramming into a house on Rennie Street. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. The coroner says toxicology results are pending, but speed may have played a role in this crash.
