NEAR WAYNESVILLE, MO : Motorcyclist dies in crash during pursuit in Pulaski County Mo on Saturday, 19th October 2024

A motorcyclist from Camden County died after authorities say he crashed into an SUV during a pursuit.

The crash happened Saturday around 11 a.m. near Waynesville. Investigators say officers from the St. Robert Police Department were pursuing Nathan Jeffries, 33, in the westbound lanes of I-44. They say Jeffries hit the back of the SUV. The crash threw him off the motorcycle.

Jeffries died from his injuries at a hospital. The driver of the SUV suffered minor injuries.
