Janesville,WI : Whitewater teens hurt in four-vehicle crash on may, Friday 26th 2017
Two Whitewater teens were injured in a four-vehicle crash just before 7 p.m. Thursday at Highway 59 and Pioneer Road in the town of Lima, officials said.
Rock County sheriff's deputies and Whitewater EMS responded to the crash at 6:50 p.m., Rock County Communications Center Shift Supervisor Cathy Churchill said Friday morning.
A Janesville Fire Department ambulance transported an 18-year-old woman to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, 1000 W. Mineral Point Ave., Janesville, said Scott Running, fire department battalion chief.
A 19-year-old man was taken by Janesville paramedics to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Emergency North, 3400 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, and was later flown to University Hospital in Madison, he said.
Highway 59 was closed for two hours, according to a Rock County Communications Center news post.
