Authorities in northern Idaho have identified two 17-year-old boys killed in a single-vehicle crash near Post Falls.
The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office says Monte A. Thomson Jr. of Veradale, Washington, and passenger Leo C. Neal of Post Falls, Idaho, died at the scene of the crash at about 8:45 p.m. Monday.
Authorities say the 2002 two-door Jaguar convertible left the road at a high rate of speed and crashed into a line of trees and a natural gas line.
Police say the driver was found in the car and the passenger had been ejected.
Police say autopsy and toxicology results won't be available for several weeks.
Police are seeking information about the crash from anyone who might have been in the area.
