Lincoln County, MO : Moscow Mills man, 26, killed in one-car crash on Kamp Road on Tuesday night, December 2, 2014

A 26-year-old Moscow Mills man was killed Tuesday night in a single-car crash on Kamp Road, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol. William D. Osthoff was driving north of Brevator Road about 9 p.m. when his 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo traveled off the left side of the road. Osthoff overcorrected, police say, and his car crossed over and off the right side of the road and into a tree. Osthoff was not wearing a seatbelt, police say.
