Two Harbors, MN :Fatal crash on Hwy 61 on Saturday, July 11th 2015

One person is dead following a head on collision on Highway 61 Saturday evening.According to the Minnesota State Patrol a Honda Civic traveling northbound in the southbound lanes struck a Nissan Maxima head on.The crash occurred near Salaka Road just before 11:00 p.m.The deceased driver is 63-year-old Philip Bergerson of Bonita Springs, Florida. The occupants of the other vehicle involved in the accident 20-year-old Cole Dreschler and 19-year-old Sarah Buscher, both of Cloquet, sustained injuries.Dreschler's injuries are described as serious.
