Stillwater, OK : A Perkins man was killed in a one-vehicle wreck on Saturday, June 10, 2017

Early Saturday afternoon, a Perkins man was killed in a one-vehicle wreck about 11 miles east of Kingfisher. Wayne Lee Campbell, 42, of Perkins, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the vehicle, a 2005 Mack 600 semi, veered from the right to the left of the road multiple times before the vehicle rolled three-quarter times.

The driver was pinned for more than three hours, and was freed by Cashion and Big4 fire departments. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
