Daytona Beach, FL : 26-year-old motorcyclist killed in SUV crash on Daytona Beach Saturday October 31 2015

Daytona Beach police are investigating a Friday night crash that killed a motorcyclist.Police identified the victim as Robert Didonato, 26, of Daytona Beach. He was driving his motorcycle north on Nova Road at about 7:05 p.m. when an SUV being driven south turned into the path of his motorcycle at Mason Avenue, according to a report from the Daytona Beach Police Department.
Didonato was not wearing a helmet, according to police. He died at the scene. The driver of the SUV, Moesha McCants, 18, of Daytona Beach, was taken to a hospital because she was having a panic attack.
A spokesman for Daytona Beach police said the investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
