Nampa, ID : Jeffery Hiscox, 19, died in fatal crash in Canyon County on Thursday, August 18, 2016

The man who died Thursday night in the Greehurst Road area crash has been identified.

Jeffery Hiscox, 19, of Boise, died at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center around 10 p.m., according to the Ada County Coroner’s Office.

The crash in Nampa on Thursday night also injured another person.

Around 9 p.m. Thursday, Idaho State Police investigated the three-vehicle fatality crash on Greenhurst Road at the intersection of Locust Lane, in Canyon County.

The accident occurred when Orion Blumenfeld, 47, of Nampa, was driving west on Greenhurst Road in a 2000 Jeep Wrangler while a 2006 Pontiac G6 was driving east on Greenhurst and attempted to turn north onto Locust Lane.

The Pontiac was struck on the passenger side by the Jeep, and the Pontiac was pushed into a 2010 Hyundai Sonata that was stationary on Locust Lane and preparing to turn west onto Greenhurst. The Hyundai was driven by Cecil Lewellyn, 84, of Nampa.

A passenger in the Pontiac succumbed to injuries at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

A second passenger in the Pontiac was taken by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. No other occupants were transported.
