Las Vegas, NV : Pedestrian hit, killed in northeast valley on Friday morning, March 18, 2016

A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and killed this morning in a neighborghood near Owens Avenue and Mt. Hood Street in the northeast valley, according to Metro Police.

Officers responded about 10 a.m. to the 1600 block of Sunrise View Drive, police said. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
