SPRING LAKE TWP, MI : Muskegon man hurt in rollover crash on U.S. 31 on Sunday, 6th November 2016
A 25-year-old Muskegon man was hospitalized in stable condition following a one-car crash Sunday night on U.S. 31 in Spring Lake Township.
Emergency crews responded at about 10 p.m. to the rollover crash on the southbound shoulder of the highway, just north of VanWagoner, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department.
Marshon Williams was driving a 2008 Pontiac Torrent south when he changed lanes, and then said he had to slam on his brakes for a car that abruptly braked in front of him. Williams swerved to avoid a collision, went off the highway and rolled over, police said.
An ambulance transported Williams to Mercy Hospital in Muskegon.
Spring Lake Township firefighters also responded to the scene.
