A woman was killed in a wreck on Farm Road 2123 south of Bridgeport this morning.

Department of Public Safety Trooper Jeff Johnson said Jacinda King, 26, of Paradise was driving northbound on FM 2123 around 7:30 a.m. when her vehicle ran off the road. King overcorrected, and the vehicle slid across the roadway before striking a tree and a fence. The car came to rest on its side in a field.

King was pronounced dead on scene. There were three children, ages 8, 5 and 4, also in the car. Two were transported to Wise Health System and one was transported to Cook Children’s Medical Center.
