A multi-vehicle crash on the outbound Parkway West at Rosslyn Farms has backed up commuter traffic this morning, according to Tribune-Review news exchange partner, WPXI said.
Traffic is getting by on the right hand shoulder and emergency crews are at the scene. Delays start before the Carnegie exit.
